Payment options

International Customers can pay with either credit card, bank wire, Paypal or cash on delivery. When a payment arrives before 15:00 then the package will be send out the same day.

Credit Card

Paypal is used to collect your credit card details. You do not need to log in to the Paypal site to use this service so everybody that has a credit card can use it. Payments by credit card arrive instantly so the package can be send as soon as possible.

Bank wire

Paying by bank wire always takes at least a day extra. Your order will be send out on the day that the money arrives. Our bank details are below:

Orders that are paid with paypal before 15:00 will be send out the same day. Payments by credit card arrive instantly so the package can be send as soon as possible.

Cash on Delivery

The UPS chauffeur will aks you for the money in cash when he gives you the package. This option costs 16 euro extra. Be sure to have the total amount ready.

Returning

If the wrong size is ordered then the product can be send or brought back to us. We will send another size after receiving the product back. A refund minus the shipment cost is also possible. The product will have to be unused for us to accept it.

Warranty

Skates will break down by wear and tear. If you feel like this happend quicker than they should, like wheels that break down after one session, than contact our customer suppert as soon as possible with an added photo of the mallfunction.

All the technical support for major problems will come from the brand of the product. They will provide a solution, a replacement in case of a problem that should not happen so quickly.

Minor problems can be fixed at the Thisissoul warehouse. Just contact us and come by to let us fix it.

Shipment details

International orders are send with UPS. There is detailed information about the shipment available online with your track and trace code. The price depends on the weight and the country the package will be shipped to. All orders that have arrived and have been paid before 15:00 are sent the same day.

Size matters

Small products likes wheels, bearings and DVDs cost 2 euros to ship and are send in a letter.

Mr Postman

The postman. He will arrive between 9pm and 6am. If you want to give him some instructions where to leave the package if you are not there, then it is best to leave him a note. If that does not work, then he will leave you a message on what to do now. He will either come back the next day or you will be able to pick your goods up at the post office. Note that the estimate delivery time is still an estimate.
